"I wanted to let you know that our family had a blast on the Kicking Horse! Our guide, Karin, was fantastic. I was very nervous of the adventure, but I wanted to celebrate my husband's 60 the birthday with our boys doing something memorable. We all had a great time and I look forward to next summer adding the lower canyon and more class IV rapids. The photo turned out amazing with lots of beautiful smiles."

I just wanted to get a quick note in your hands saying "Thank You"! My Wife and I along with another couple spent 2 wonderful weeks in Banff this past August. Never having been there, rafting Class IV rapids was high on our agenda. We had in fact signed up with another competitor but, found thattheir lack of response and professionalism was a turn off. We called your number based on a recommendation at the Visitor Center in downtown, Banff and Linda was immediately a breath of fresh air. We cancelled our reservation with the other company and, 24 hours later were eating steaks and suiting up to travel down the Kicking Horse River. Our Guides were Steve, Tim & Justin and they did a superb job of explaining and entertaining us the entire trip. Your facilities, staff and the experience is worth recommending to all of our friends and, you are on the list for a scheduled return trip next year. By the way, Marie-Josee is a superb chef at grilling steaks! Thanks again and hope you have a great year!

"Hi,
We are the 51st anniversary group that did a full day trip on the Kootenay. I completely forgot to come in at the end of the trip and thank you all. We had a fabulous time. It was the perfect trip - a nice blend of beautiful scenery, gentle floating and exciting rapids. My parents (both in their 70's) loved it. One of my best memories was hearing my mom scream in excitement as we roared through a set of rapids. I was a little concerned that my 11 year old son was just going to find it too tame but he too was blown awayby the trip. It worked for all 11 of us. No one was bored and no one was terrified!
I want to especially thank you for remembering the occasion (of my parents anniversary) and going to the trouble of providing a cake. It was totally unexpected and a real nice way to make the memory even more special for all of us. Travis and Tabatha were both just great. We are looking forward to joining you again for a trip down one of the other rivers.
